RASNZ is offering a unique opportunity for a trauma informed psychologist, counsellor, or psychotherapist to work at the Mangere Refugee Resettlement Centre. The role is varied and highly rewarding, providing mental health assessment and brief intervention to newly arrived Quota Refugees. This is a niche field, and the Resettlement Centre is a unique joint agency hub; it is the only one in New Zealand. We pride ourselves on community engagement and a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing.
